The Small Print
The one thing on this site you can buy a billing on. Twenty-eight euro a year puts your name at 4% on the back of every bill we print and inside the next sleeve, at 5.7 millimetres, where we read it.
What the twenty-eight euro is
Four things, posted and printed, no app and no feed. We send one letter a year and we have never emailed anybody twice in a week.
Your name, as you write it on the form, set in the small print on the back of every bill printed in your membership year and in the credits of the next record. Three hundred bills a tour, posted to venues, pasted to walls, kept in sleeves.
Forty-eight hours, two tickets
Members buy from 09:00 on Wednesday 7 October, two tickets a member, before the public on-sale on the Friday. We cap the presale at a fifth of every room — a fan club that eats the whole venue is a queue with a subscription.
One C46 a year
A soundcheck, dubbed in real time off the desk by Dervla Mangan, 23 minutes a side, posted in November. Mistakes, counts-in, a song we abandoned. It is not on any streaming service and it will not be.
One page, posted, in January
What we earned, what we spent, what broke, what we are writing. Last year's ran to 1,100 words and included the diesel bill. Free postage on everything from the merch table for the whole year as well.
This is the block. It is printed at 5.7 millimetres and it is the first thing we check on a proof.
Back of bill no. 027, members as at 1 September 2026. One hundred and sixty of one thousand nine hundred and forty.

The questions the office actually gets
Can I use a name that is not my legal one?
Yes. Whatever you write in the box is what gets set, within reason and within 28 characters, which is the width of a column on the back of a bill. We have printed three cats and a boat so far.
When exactly does my name appear?
On the next bill printed after you join, and on every one for twelve months. The block is locked eleven days before a print run, so if you join on the 3rd and we print on the 8th you are in. If you join on the 9th you are in the one after.
Do you sell or share the address list?
No, to anyone, ever, including the labels and the promoters. It lives in one spreadsheet on one machine in unit 7 and Bea is the only person who opens it. We print your name; we do not print your address.
Is the presale actually better?
For the small rooms, yes — Rijeka at 420 capacity will be gone inside the presale window. For Katowice at 3,400 you will get a ticket on the Friday without trying. Join for the billing, not the queue.
I joined and never got the tape
Tapes go out the second week of November in one run. Forty-one went missing in the post in 2025 and we replaced all forty-one. Write to the office with your name and we will dub another one that week.
Can I buy a membership for somebody else?
Yes, and it is most of what December is. Put their name in the printed-name box and your address in the postal box, say so in the email, and we will post the card to you to hand over.
I have been to one Nova Parish show in six years and I am still in the club, because once a year a cassette arrives with somebody counting in wrong on it and my name is on a poster in a venue in Ostrava I will never see.
